Indian Cuisine

Indian Cuisine consists mainly of rice, vegetables, fish, fresh milk and fruits. Meat is a rarity all across india. Part of the reason is that Cows are sacred in Hinduism. Indian food is very spicy and the further south you go in india the spicier the food is. Generally meals are eaten without utensils.

Indian Cuisine is very popular around the world but probably mostly so in England, where in 2003 there were 10,000 restaurants in England and Wales alone.
